Joanne Carter

Joanne Carter has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of finance. Joanne started their career as an Accounts Assistant at Bailey, Page & Roper in 1996. From there, they worked at HBD Ltd as an Accounts and Audit Senior from 1999 to 2001. Joanne then took on the role of Financial Controller at Cull Micro Imaging Ltd from 2001 to 2003, followed by Einhell UK Ltd from 2003 to 2006.

In 2006, Joanne joined Vestas as a Financial Controller, overseeing Service & Inventory until 2013. During this time, they also completed an Internal Audit Project at APPE UK Ltd in 2013. Later that year, Joanne became the Financial Controller EMEA (Interim) at Turtle Wax until early 2014. Joanne then joined Eldapoint LTD as a Financial Controller from 2014 to 2017.

Most recently, Joanne has held the position of Head of Finance at Olam Specialty Coffee Europe Ltd from 2017 to 2021. Joanne is currently serving as the Head of Finance at Nova since 2021. Throughout their career, Joanne has demonstrated their expertise and strong financial management skills across various industries.

Joanne Carter pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 1993 to 1996, they attended the University of Liverpool, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in Management Economics & Accounting. Following this, from 1997 to 2000, Joanne joined the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) to further their studies in accounting. Later on, from 2010 to 2012, they attended Lancaster University and completed an Executive MBA degree.
