Shane O'Neill

Shane O'Neill is a seasoned professional with significant experience in the foodservice industry, currently serving as GM for the UK and Ireland at OME since March 2023. Previously, Shane has held the position of Head of Operations at Hosted Kitchens since April 2021, where oversight of the rollout of commercial kitchen centers and management of customer and franchisee relationships are key responsibilities. Shane's background includes roles at Welbilt Inc. from July 2014 to April 2020, focusing on field marketing across EMEA, and extensive experience at H+K International from September 2005 to June 2014, progressing from Junior Account Manager to Head of Market for the Middle East & Africa. Shane holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration from University College Cork, as well as a Master of Science in Management Consultancy from University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from University College Cork.
