Chris Gwiazda

Chris Gwiazda is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Since October 2024, Chris serves as Chief Financial Officer at OVERWATCH. As Chief Financial Officer and Co-Owner of Charleston Battery since October 2019, Chris has played a key role in financial management. Previous positions include Fractional CFO at Ascent CFO Solutions, CFO at Thistle Community Housing, and Business Owner at Boulder Equestrian Center. Chris also held CFO positions at Tongal, A. Smith & Company, Generate, and was Interim CFO at THQ. A strong academic background includes a BA in Political Science from Columbia University, an MBA in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business, and a JD from Rutgers Law School.
