Hayley Elliott

Senior Private Sector Engagement Associate at PACT

Hayley Elliott is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in non-profit and community engagement roles. Currently serving as a Senior Private Sector Engagement Associate at PACT, Elliott focuses on educating businesses about the exploitation of victims by human traffickers and child exploiters. Previous experience includes positions as an Employment Navigator and Operations Coordinator at Viable, where Elliott connected survivors of human trafficking and youth aging out of foster care with employment opportunities while managing various operational tasks. Additionally, as a Volunteer Project Leader with Hands On Nashville, Elliott led corporate volunteer projects, and previous internships provided early experience in leadership, community engagement, and administrative tasks. Elliott holds a Master’s degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Belmont University and a dual Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Sociology from the University of Evansville.
