Claudia Brooks

Claudia Brooks has extensive work experience in the field of packaging and product development. Claudia worked as a Principal Engineer at PDI, where they led a cross-functional team in the packaging and product development process. Claudia also served as a core team member overseeing the R&D Engineering function and trained and mentored two direct reports and other engineers.

Prior to PDI, Claudia worked at Abbott for several years. In their role as Principal Engineer, they provided leadership and technical expertise in identifying and implementing packaging programs globally. Claudia developed new materials and processes and implemented several packaging projects with significant cost savings. Claudia also worked as a Project Engineer, where they executed capital planning life cycle and participated in the development of Abbott Nutrition's Global Capital Plan. Additionally, they worked as a Package Development Engineer, designing packaging for various Abbott Nutrition brands and evaluating new packages for product improvement and cost savings.

Claudia Brooks holds a Master's degree in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Claudia also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Union College.
