Megan Krajco

Megan Krajco has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Megan started their career as a Technical Design Intern at Garnet Hill in 2010 and later became a Design Assistant. Megan then moved up to the role of Assistant Designer and eventually became an Associate Designer at Garnet Hill's Apparel Division, where they managed all RTW Sportswear styles and led the development of exclusive Activewear, Footwear, and Accessories.

In 2015, Megan worked as a Contract Screenprint Designer/Illustrator at Gaiam before transitioning to Blue Stripe LLC dba Fresh Produce in 2016. At Fresh Produce, they held the role of Designer, where they contributed to the development of innovative designs aligned with brand initiatives. Megan then became the Manager of Design, responsible for leading and inspiring the design and development team. In their role as Senior Manager of Design, Megan executed seasonal product strategies, leading to sales growth and the expansion of the plus size assortment.

In 2020, Megan joined Krimson Klover as a Design & Product Manager, where they managed trim and color development for all categories and supported sustainable efforts. Megan also joined Prana's Responsible Packaging Movement. During the same year, they co-founded Ruche Collective and worked as a Product Designer. Megan also started their own freelance venture called Megan Anne Designs LLC, where they provided apparel design and consulting services.

Most recently, Megan joined Pact in 2021 as the Design Director, leading a collaborative team of designers. In this role, they focus on team development, creative processes, and driving a strategic product plan in partnership with merchandising and marketing teams.

Megan Krajco obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel Design and Development from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. In 2008, they briefly studied Trend Forecasting, Fashion Promotion, and Fashion Styling at the American InterContinental University. No degree was specified for their studies at the American InterContinental University.
