Jon Heese has extensive experience in systems engineering and platform reliability across various companies such as Weather Trends International, Flexential, ViaWest, and Xerox Business Services, Inc. Jon has a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining critical platform systems, cloud services, and network monitoring tools. Jon holds a BS in Computer Science/Information Technology and Mathematics from Florida International University.
