Carolina Coura has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Carolina started their career with SITA in 2000, where they completed an international internship program in Geneva, Switzerland. In 2001, they joined Equant - France Telecom as a Business Analyst. Carolina then moved to SulAmérica in 2005 and served as a Strategic Planning Consultant and later as an Investors Relations Manager. In 2009, Coura joined Empresas Concremat, where they held various roles including Strategic Planning Manager, Human Resources Manager, and finally as the HR Director. Carolina'smost recent work experience was with Weatherford, where they joined in 2016 as the Region Talent & Development Manager - Latin America. Carolina later became the Global Talent Manager and eventually assumed the role of Sr HR Director - Global Talent & Development in July 2020.
Carolina Coura has a diverse education history. Carolina completed their Graduation in Economics from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in 2001. In 2003-2004, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from COPPEAD UFRJ. In 2008, they obtained a Specialization in Business strategies to publicly-owned corporations from Ibmec. In 2010, they graduated in Psychology from Universidade Veiga de Almeida. Continuing their education, in 2019, they completed the Weatherford Leadership Development Program at Texas A&M University. Finally, in 2023, they enrolled in the Human Resource Certificate Program and the Strategy Formulation & Execution Program at Rice University - Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies.
