Debra Lynn Martinez has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role as a Global Vice President of Human Resources at Weatherford. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Alera Group, where they focused on shaping company culture and building scalable HR strategies.
