Doug Vu

Doug Vu serves as the Global Transformation Change Lead at Weatherford, starting in April 2025, where responsibilities include driving enterprise-wide transformation across processes, systems, and organizational methodologies. In this role, Doug designs and executes large-scale programs that empower global teams to implement transformative change and adopt innovative practices. Prior to Weatherford, Doug held the position of Sr. Change Management Advisor at Chevron from October 2012 to April 2025, overseeing extensive change and transformation initiatives across various business areas, including technical operations and cybersecurity. Doug's educational background includes a Master of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma.
