Freddy Padron has extensive work experience in manufacturing and operations management across various companies. Freddy most recently worked at Weatherford as the Manufacturing Director - Continuous Improvement and Western Hemisphere Manufacturing Director. Prior to that, they held positions such as Director of Operations and Associate Vice President at Tri-Point Oil & Gas Production Systems, Director of Operations and Director of Manufacturing at Cameron (a Schlumberger company), Plant Manager at MonierLifetile, Chief Engineer and Engineering Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group, and Maintenance Manager and Power Plant Operations Manager at VENEPAL.
