Mahesh Yeole

Mahesh Yeole possesses extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Weatherford since January 2013, focusing on simulation support and product optimization across various product lines, including artificial lift systems and drilling tools. Prior to this role, Mahesh worked as a Technical Lead at Emerson Climate Technologies, contributing to compressor design and obtaining an invention disclosure on fatigue evaluation. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at Brose India Automotive Systems, leading a team in automotive projects, and a Lead Engineer at Tooltech Global Engineering, supporting European clients. Mahesh started a career at the Indian Space Research Organisation, where responsibilities included design and testing for space projects, resulting in a meritorious promotion.
