Allison Kephart

Allison Kephart has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Allison is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at WEAVE since 2018. Prior to that, they were an independent business owner at the Law Office of Allison R. Kephart from 2017 to 2018, focusing on family law services. Before that, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Downey Brand LLP from 2012 to 2017. Allison also served as Staff Counsel at the California Victim Compensation and Government Claims Board from 2011 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Meyers Nave from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, they were a Volunteer Graduate Legal Assistant at the California Energy Commission from 2010 to 2010. Allison began their legal career as a Law Clerk at the Law Offices of Donald B. Mooney in 2009. Prior to that, they served as a Legal Intern in the Summer Honors Internship Program at the California Office of the Attorney General in 2008. At Fermilab, they worked as a Summer Student/Research Intern in 2007. Allison also worked as a Campus Tour Guide at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Allison Kephart completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Integrative Biology and Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the years 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued and attained their Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree in Environmental Law from the University of California, Davis - School of Law during 2007 to 2010.
