Lisa Eijgendaal

Lisa Eijgendaal is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at MyWheels since May 2024. Concurrently, Lisa holds the position of HR-manager at Weave, a role that encompasses full responsibility for HR and recruitment activities at both executive and strategic levels. Previously, as a Talent Manager at Weave, Lisa focused on attracting new talent and developing existing employees. Before Weave, Lisa worked as a Corporate Recruiter at ENTER BV and Computest, specializing in recruiting for the high-tech industry and technical roles. Lisa began their career as an HR intern at TNO, where responsibilities included implementing workforce policies. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
