Melanie Kotschenreuther

Melanie Kotschenreuther is currently working as an Assistant Vice President in Real Estate Corporate Finance at Weave Living since April 2019. Prior to this, Melanie worked as an Analyst in Research and Advisory at Colliers International from December 2016 to March 2019. With a background in real estate asset management and investor relations, Melanie also has experience as a Real Estate Private Equity Intern at Hines and in Asset Management at Archon Group (Goldman Sachs). Melanie holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance from The University of Hong Kong, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate from Nuertingen-Geislingen University. Throughout their career, Melanie has been involved in coordinating real estate conferences, preparing lecture materials, reports, and conducting research in the field of real estate management.
