Amanda Myers Wisser has worked in a variety of roles in the policy and regulatory affairs field. Amanda began their career in 2012 as a Communications Intern at the White House Council on Environmental Quality. In 2013, they worked as a Communications and Policy Intern at the Environmental Law & Policy Center, and also held positions as a Business Development Consultant and Transaction Services Representative at Oracle. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Public Affairs Manager and Public Affairs Liaison at SolarCity, followed by a role as a Public Policy Manager at ChargePoint, Inc. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Policy Analyst and Policy & Regulatory Affairs Manager at Energy Innovation: Policy and Technology LLC. Amanda currently holds the role of Senior Manager, Policy and Regulatory Affairs at WeaveGrid.
Amanda Myers Wisser earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government with minors in Chinese Language and Business from Northwestern University. Amanda also participated in the Emerging Legal and Economic Structures summer undergraduate study abroad program at Peking University. Amanda Myers Wisser attended South Plantation High School.
