Nathalie Hoffman JD MBA serves as the Managing Director for Advisory - Energy Compliance Services at Weaver since September 2022, having previously held the position of Director in the same department. Additionally, Nathalie is a board member and Co-Chair of the Agriculture Committee at the American Biogas Council since August 2021. Prior experience includes founding LCFS Consulting Services, Inc. and Brazil Business Link, where business development services were provided for companies entering the Brazilian market, as well as establishing California Renewable Energies LLC to develop a biorefinery and renewable power plant. Nathalie also has extensive legal experience, including serving as a Partner at Sidley Austin LLP and founding Nathalie Hoffman & Associates, a law firm catering to clients in the entertainment and advertising industries. Educational qualifications include an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a JD from UCLA School of Law, and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Michigan.
