Matt Spaulding

Matt Spaulding is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at JobPhaze and Chief Technology Officer at Weaver, Matt also founded GIVVN, a platform designed for nonprofit organizations to build communities and facilitate donations. Other ventures include Bethy, a generative AI chatbot for startup advice, and Questanda. Previously, Matt held software engineering management roles at PwC, LoanLogics, and Spekit, contributing to the development of various enterprise applications and leading cross-functional engineering teams. Matt holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida.
