Alina Goaga

Alina Goaga is a software engineer who currently works at Weaveworks. Alina has also worked at Ori, allplants, Visulytix, Makers, Research Now SSI, and Ipsos Interactive Services.

Alina started their career as a project manager at Ipsos Interactive Services in 2007. In 2011, they became a manager of client services at Research Now SSI. Alina then transitioned into software development, becoming a junior software developer at Makers in 2018. In 2019, they began working as a software engineer at Visulytix. Alina left Visulytix after three months and took a position as a software engineer at allplants. After working at allplants for one month, they moved to Ori where they worked as a software engineer for two years. Alina began working at Weaveworks in 2021.

Alina Goaga has a Master's Degree in Marketing Management from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania. Alina also has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the same school. In addition, they have two certifications: one from APMG International in Agile Foundation and Practitioner, and one from The Market Research Society (MRS) in MRS Certificate in Market & Social Research.

Alina Goaga reports to Liz Warner, SVP, Engineering. They are on a team with Rana Hassan - Software Engineer, Darryl Weaver - Customer Reliability Engineer, and Waleed Hammam - Software Engineer.
