Marwa Ghazy

Marwa Ghazy is a People Operation Manager at Weaveworks. Marwa has previous experience working as a People and Culture Manager at WIMO from October 2018 to September 2019. In this role, they supported answers questions of management and employees with regard to employment procedures including absence management, performance appraisal & KPI’s, recruitment and selection, employee legislation, employee relations, human resource planning, and human resource policies and procedures. Marwa was also responsible for delivering the induction presentation day and maintaining HR information systems.

Ghazy has a proven track record of being able to lead investigations and judge objectively. Marwa is also skilled in setting up necessary sheets, sending guidelines to management, keeping track of the whole process, and following up with management where necessary.

Marwa Ghazy has a diploma in Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Hebrew Language and Literature from Cairo University.
