Joseph Marmara' Toshney

Joseph Marmara Toshney has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and software testing. Joseph currently serves as the Head of QA at Weavr.io, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a QA Team Lead at Weavr.io from July 2022 to February 2023. Before joining Weavr.io, Joseph worked as a Senior QA Engineer at the same company from March 2021 to July 2022.

Earlier in their career, Joseph worked as a Software Development Engineer In Test at Gaming Innovation Group from September 2019 to March 2021. Joseph also worked briefly as a QA Engineer at Betsson Group in July 2019. Prior to that, they were a Senior QA Automation Engineer at Entropay from September 2017 to July 2019.

Joseph's professional journey started as a Test Engineer at Ixaris Systems Ltd. in July 2015, where they worked until September 2017. Before that, they served as a Quality Assurance Analyst at NetRefer from October 2013 to July 2015. Their earliest work experience was as an Assembler at Univentor from September 2004 to October 2013, where they were responsible for the assembly of high precision instruments.

Joseph also had a part-time managerial role at Coconut Grove, where they ensured the smooth running of one of the busiest clubs in Malta from an undisclosed date in 2005 until another undisclosed date in 2007.

Joseph Marmara' Toshney completed their education in a chronological manner. Joseph started their education in 2007 at St.Thomas Institute, where they studied Marketing. From 2008 to 2010, they attended STC Malta and acquired an International Diploma in Computer Studies. Joseph continued their studies at STC Malta from 2010 to 2012 and earned an International Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies. Finally, in 2013 and 2014, Joseph attended Middlesex University Malta, where they obtained a BSc Honours degree in Internet Application Development.
