Leslie Ayala has over 20 years of work experience. Leslie began their career in 1996 as a Computer Services Coordinator at The Joe Verde Group, where they advanced from a Sales Assistant position to start the Technical Support/Customer Service Department. In 1998, they were appointed Director of Marketing Support at Advanced Database Systems. Leslie then moved to Yum! Brands, where they held the roles of Associate Analyst, Franchise Development, Coordinator, Development, and Administrative Assistant, Market Planning from 1999 to 2006. In 2006, they became the Owner of StarFramers, where they developed and designed the StarFramers website using the ProStores eCommerce platform, and created and managed over 100,000 listings on Amazon.com, as well as an eBay business with over 9,000 feedback and a positive rating of 99.9%. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Operations Manager at Connecta Systems, LLC, before becoming a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Interactive Project Coordinator at Web Advanced.
Leslie Ayala holds a Masters degree in Instructional Technology from National University (2001), a Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Systems from San Francisco State University (1998), and an Associate in Arts in Business Administration from Saddleback College (1992). Leslie also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in October 2020.
