Previously, Jim held various leadership roles at Kaman Aerospace Corporation and Kaman Composites, where significant contributions were made to business growth and market expansion. As the owner of Sharkey Design LLC, Jim focuses on technical and business consulting services tailored to the aerospace and composites industries. With a Master's degree in Aircraft Design and an MBA in Manufacturing, Jim's career spans over three decades in the aerospace sector, beginning with British Aerospace and including notable achievements in program management and technical direction at Courtaulds Aerospace.
