Beeraka Greeshma has work experience in the field of human resources. Beeraka started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Verzeo from July 2022 to August 2022. Beeraka then worked as a Human Resources Intern at Tech Analogy from January 2023 to April 2023. Currently, they are employed at Web Synergies as a Human Resources Associate since July 2023.

Beeraka Greeshma completed their Bachelor of Computer Science degree in Computer Science from Krishna Chaitanya Degree & PG College, Nellore from 2017 to 2020. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Narayana Engineering College - India, which they completed from 2020 to 2022.
