Neelaveni Pulicherla started working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Prize Infotech in September 2021 and worked until November 2022. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Associate at Web Synergies starting from December 2022.

Neelaveni Pulicherla pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Nagarjuna College of Management Studies from 2017 to 2020. During this time, their focus of study was in the field of Human Resources (HR). Subsequently, from 2020 to 2022, they enrolled at GEMS B School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services.
