Nada Eliba

Nada Eliba is a seasoned professional in the field of computer science with extensive experience in customer success and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Analyst and previously as a Senior Software Engineer at Webalo since June 2021, Nada has also held roles including Software Engineer at Bibliotheca Alexandrina and Service Information Developer at both DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Additional experience includes a part-time teaching assistant position at the Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University, and active involvement in IEEE organizations. Nada is pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from Alexandria University. Educational background is complemented by earlier studies at El Nasr Girls College, where GSCE was earned.
