Jared McMullin, CPA, has a diverse range of work experience in accounting and financial management. Jared began their career at General Growth Properties as a Common Area Coordinator, where they gained eight years of mall management experience. Jared then transitioned to the role of Lease Accountant, demonstrating proficiency in lease data analysis, billing, and process development.

In 2014, Jared joined Starwood Retail Partners LLC as a Lease Accountant and later served as a Development Accountant. In these roles, they maintained job cost ledgers, prepared development reports, and conducted budget-to-actual reporting. Jared also managed lease data and monitored lease information through JD Edwards.

Currently, Jared is employed at WebBank, where they have held multiple positions. As the Vice President, Controller, they oversee the accounting team, ensuring high-quality financial reporting, budgeting, internal audits, and financial statement preparation. Before this, they worked as the Assistant Controller, responsible for various accounting functions such as billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation. Previously, they worked as a Senior Accountant, maintaining held-to-maturity records and assisting in financial reporting.

Jared McMullin, CPA holds a Masters of Accounting degree from Southern Utah University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Dixie State University, attending from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their education, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the State of Utah in December 2016.
