Scot Gotfredson

Scot Gotfredson has a comprehensive work experience in compliance, with a particular focus on financial technology-related business models. Scot started their career as a Compliance Examiner Trainee at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in May 2010 and later became a Financial Institution Examiner. At the FDIC, Scot examined banks for compliance with consumer protection regulations. In October 2022, they joined WebBank as the VP of Compliance. Prior to their career in compliance, Scot worked as a City Planning Staff member at Lindon City from February 2008 to May 2009.

Scot Gotfredson completed their Bachelor's degree in Urban, Rural, and Environmental Planning at Brigham Young University from 2004 to 2008. Scot later pursued their Master's degree in Public Administration at the same institution from 2009 to 2011.
