Divan der Merwe is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in corporate and international tax. Currently serving as a Senior Tax Manager at Webber Wentzel since May 2025, Divan previously co-founded Vivido Consulting, offering specialized corporate income tax and IFRS consultancy. At Naspers Limited, Divan held the positions of Group Tax Manager and Statutory Reporting Lead, overseeing statutory reporting and providing IFRS technical support across the organization. Divan also served as the Group Tax Director and Group Tax Manager at Prosus Group from September 2019 to July 2023. Educational qualifications include an M.Com in Taxation from the University of Pretoria and an ACMA from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
