Yashika Govind

Yashika Govind has extensive experience in dispute resolution and tax law, currently serving as an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Tax department at Webber Wentzel since January 2013. Responsibilities include managing magistrate and high court procedures, tax dispute resolution under the Tax Administration Act, drafting tax opinions and commercial agreements, and conducting due diligence reviews. Prior to this, Yashika completed articles at Webber Wentzel, progressing from a Candidate Attorney to an Associate, and served as a Tax Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and an LLM in Business Law from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal.
