Steph Gonzales Rosopa has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Steph began their career as a Psychometrician Assistant - OJT for the National Housing Authority Philippines in 2013. In 2014, they worked as an HR Assistant - OJT for Havas Worldwide Manila, a Technical Recruiter for IntelliSmart Technology, Inc. (A Samsung B2B Platinum Direct Partner), and an HR Specialist for IntelliSearch Asia, Inc. In 2016, they became a Senior Career Advisor for Reeracoen Philippines inc. and currently works as a Global Talent Executive II for WebCreek.

Steph Gonzales Rosopa obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Psychology from St Paul University Quezon City in 2014. Steph also attended Lourdes School of Quezon City from 2005 to 2009.
