Zorimar Reyes

Zorimar Reyes has extensive experience in recruitment and selection. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as a Human Resources Analyst at Willis Towers Watson, a global leading insurance brokerage and advisory company. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing and classifying resumes according to job requirements, managing everything pertinent to the entry of the candidate, checking job references and documents, and managing the Tiuna System (income, expenses, salary change). From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Recruitment and Selection Specialist at Ubii Pagos, a company focused on developing payment solutions (Fintech). In this role, they were responsible for staffing searches by social media, competency-based surveys and interviews, and assessment center planning, execution and control. Currently, they work as a Global Talent Executive at WebCreek, where they are responsible for analyzing different job descriptions and client's requirements in order to ensure delivers the candidate that best fit each job search, sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, and screening candidate's resumes and job applications.

Zorimar Reyes attended the Universidad José María Vargas from 2018 to 2019, majoring in Labor Law. From 2013 to 2018, Zorimar attended the INSTITUTO UNIVERSITARIO TECNOLOGICO DEL OESTE MARISCAL SUCRE and obtained a Bachelor's degree. In 2019, Zorimar also obtained a certification in Fundamentals of Human Resources: Recruitment from LinkedIn.
