Natalia Adasme Alarcón

Natalia Adasme Alarcón has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2012. Natalia began as an Internship in Development and Talent Management for HR Latam at Enel in 2012. Natalia then worked as a Recruiter at Teleperformance in 2013, and as a Recruiter Specialist at Colgram S.A. in the same year. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as an Organizational Development Analyst and Training and Recruitment Analyst at Scania Chile. Most recently, they have been working as an HRBP and Recruiter at Webdox CLM since 2022.

Natalia Adasme Alarcón has completed a variety of educational experiences. In 2020, they completed a course on new metrics and selection techniques at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. From 2017 to 2018, they completed a diploma in Coaching and Organizational Change at Universidad de Chile. In 2014, they completed a course in Training Management at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. In 2012, they completed a diploma in Psychological Evaluation Techniques for Personnel Selection at Universidad Santo Tomás (CL). From 2008 to 2012, they obtained a degree in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Psychology at Universidad Santo Tomás (CL). Finally, in 2007, they completed a semester course in English at The University of Bolton.
