Angel López Henquén

Angel López Henquén has over a decade of experience working in software engineering, primarily focusing on mobile app development. Angel is currently employed at Webel as the Head of Mobile Developer's Team (iOS) and is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, improving, and maintaining the Webel native mobile app. Their previous role was at SMARTSC, where they also served as the Head of Mobile Developer's Team (iOS, Android), working on various native and hybrid mobile apps. Angel has extensive knowledge of iOS/Swift, Objective-C, Android/Java, Xamarin, .NET Platform/C#, and various frameworks and technologies. Angel is skilled in Git Flow, App Center Test/CI/CD/Analytics/Diagnostics, Cloud Computing, and various other tools and services related to mobile app development. Additionally, Angel has experience working as a Software Engineer and IT Specialist for the National Association of the Blind and Visually Impaired, as well as the National Headquarters of Banco Popular de Ahorro. Angel started their career as a Junior Application Developer and Research Student at the Software Architectures Group of the Faculty of Telecommunications and the Emergency Services Management Solution 171 at the University of Computer Sciences.

Angel López Henquén obtained a Bachelor's Degree from IPVCE Máximo Gómez Báez between 2002 and 2004. Angel later attended the Universidad de las Ciencias Informáticas from 2005 to 2010, where they earned an Engineer's Degree in Computer Software Engineering. In 2019, Angel enrolled in the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, completing a Master's Degree in Development of Services and Applications for Mobile Devices in 2020 with a specialization in Computer Software Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in iOS App Development: Design Patterns for Mobile Architecture and iOS Development: Architecture from LinkedIn in December 2018.
