Sachi Dalmia

Sachi Dalmia currently serves as the Customer Experience Lead at ConvertWise and is simultaneously building ConvertWise for WebEngage. Prior experience includes serving as Partnerships Manager at PushOwl, where Sachi managed communication with partners, executed a partner program, and collaborated with app integrations within the Shopify ecosystem. Sachi's role as Manager of Customer Success involved building processes for onboarding and customer retention for over 500 enterprise merchants. As Co-Founder of Raahya, Sachi promoted the skills of Indian artisans through handcrafted products. Additional experience includes project leadership at Clarkston Consulting and consulting at Kantar Retail. Sachi began a career in marketing as the Marketing Manager for Dalmia Sarees Pvt Ltd, significantly increasing brand sales. Sachi holds an MBA in Marketing and Business Analytics from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BBA from NMIMS.
