Rouillard Christian started their work experience in 1995 at Marel as a Service Engineer in Product Development. Rouillard held this role for over 26 years until 2022. In May 2022, Rouillard Christian joined Weber Maschinenbau GmbH as a technico-commercial skinners.

Rouillard Christian attended lycée st joseph de vannes from 1989 to 1995, where they earned a Bac MSMA degree in automatisation système mécanique.
