Rodney Sheets

Rodney Sheets serves as the Business Development Manager at Weber Metals, Inc. since May 2023. Previously, Rodney held various roles at Carlton Forge Works from November 2013 to June 2020, including Director of New Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Commercial Sales Manager, and Regional Sales Manager. At Forgital USA Inc. from July 2005 to June 2013, Rodney was the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Aerospace, overseeing North American sales and marketing activities. Rodney began a career at Firth Rixson from January 1994 to April 2004, where responsibilities included Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Product Manager for Aerospace Bearings. Additionally, prior experience includes a position in Inside Sales at Thyssenkrupp Rothe Erde. Rodney holds an MBA from John Carroll University and a BA from Hiram College.
