Caroline Hook has over 18 years of work experience in marketing communications, public relations, and digital marketing. Caroline currently serves as the Vice President of Integrated Project Management at Weber Shandwick, where they lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, digital programs for clients, managing the full lifecycle of projects from scoping to execution and reporting. Prior to this, Caroline worked at R2integrated as an Account Director, overseeing enterprise-level digital marketing accounts and providing strategic oversight to ensure client goals were met. Caroline also served as a Senior Account Manager, acting as the connection between clients and R2i and developing creative and content strategies. Earlier in their career, Caroline was the Vice President at Bonnie Heneson Communications, where they provided marketing communications and public relations advice for major campaigns and took a hands-on role in the development and execution of communications plans. Caroline also served as the Director of Event Planning and a Senior Account Executive, coordinating projects, executing marketing efforts, and planning and executing fundraising events. Caroline's work experience began at Oakcrest School, where they served as a Communications Coordinator, creating and publishing marketing materials and managing an ad campaign.

Caroline Hook holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Providence College. Caroline has also obtained various certifications including the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in September 2020, Conversational Marketing Certified from Drift in December 2019, HIPAA Awareness for Business Associates from HIPAATraining.com in November 2017, Cybersecurity Awareness Training from ESET North America in October 2017, and the Adobe Accredited Business Practitioner for Adobe Experience Manager from Adobe in December 2014.
