Ella Fallows

Ella Fallows is a seasoned professional in public affairs, currently serving as the Head of Public Affairs at Weber Shandwick since March 2023. As the Founder of the Women in Public Affairs Network since July 2012, Ella has demonstrated a long-term commitment to promoting women's roles in public affairs. Previously, Ella held the position of Politics and Government Outreach Manager for Meta in the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe from February 2018 to March 2023. Ella's expertise extends to the role of Head of Political Intelligence at Lexington Communications, where management of a team of political consultants and the development of the Intelex service were key achievements. Earlier roles include Deputy Head of Political Intelligence at Dods Group PLC and various positions at Westminster Explained and The Pension Service. Ella holds an MA in British Politics from the University of Leeds and a BA Hons in Politics & History from Newcastle University.
