Jamie Dowd

Jamie Dowd has a diverse and extensive work experience in the public relations and communications field. Currently, in 2022, Jamie serves as a Brand Film Awards Juror at PRWeek. Since January 2022, Jamie has also been a member of Chief, a private network focused on empowering women in leadership positions.

Previously, Jamie held various leadership positions at Weber Shandwick. From November 2020 onwards, Jamie served as the North America Health Lead. Before that, Jamie was the Executive Vice President, East Geo Health Lead from February 2019 to November 2020, and the Executive Vice President, NY Health Practice Leader from October 2015 to February 2019. Additionally, Jamie was the Executive Vice President, Client Experience Leader from March 2005 to October 2015.

Prior to joining Weber Shandwick, Jamie gained experience at GCI Health as an Account Executive from March 2003 to March 2005. Jamie also worked at Ketchum, starting as an Account Associate and progressing to Assistant Account Executive from January 2001 to March 2003.

Jamie Dowd has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Communications from Georgetown University. Additionally, in 2016, Jamie attended Kellogg Executive Education, where they studied the Strategy of Leadership.
