Josh Cyccone has a diverse work experience and has held various roles in the advertising and marketing industry. Josh began their career as an Intern Copywriter at Organic in 2007, where they worked on digital and email communications for Jeep. Josh then joined Solomon Friedman Advertising as a Junior Copywriter, developing various communications for brands such as Andiamo Restaurants and The Detroit Symphony Orchestra.
In 2008, Josh joined Team Detroit as a Copywriter, where they focused on writing print, digital, email, and direct mail communications for Ford Credit, Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury. Josh later moved to MxM as a Copywriter, creating direct mail and email campaigns for Ram, Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler, and FIAT.
Josh then joined Jack Morton Worldwide in 2012 as a Speechwriter, responsible for writing speeches, presentations, videos, and events for Cadillac executives. Josh also produced the monthly sales report broadcast.
In 2015, they joined Latcha + Associates as a Senior Copywriter, where they specialized in Audi CRM and created video content, emails, and direct mail campaigns to cultivate owner loyalty and generate brand awareness. Josh received a 2018 Gold Davey Award for the Inside the Rings video newsletter.
From 2020 to 2022, Josh worked at Leo Burnett as an Associate Creative Director, leading national brand initiatives for Cadillac. Josh contributed to global campaigns, vehicle launches, retail television work, and social and digital content. Josh also wrote and managed multiple launch pages and digital brochures.
Currently, Josh is working at Weber Shandwick as an Associate Creative Director, bringing their valuable experience to lead creative projects.
Josh Cyccone attended Oakland University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a BA of Arts degree in English.
