Rashmi Sankepally

Rashmi Sankepally is an experienced Applied Data Science Director and Lead Data Scientist at Weber Shandwick since February 2023, specializing in social media analytics, influencer analysis, text analytics, NLP, and GenAI. Previously, Rashmi held roles at OMD USA from September 2020 to February 2023, including Associate Manager and Senior Associate in Marketing Science and Data Science, focusing on multi-touch attribution and marketing mix models, advanced measurement solutions, and data-driven strategy development. Rashmi has also contributed to academia as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Maryland and has interned at Raytheon BBN Technologies in Analytics and Machine Intelligence. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Information Management from the University of Maryland, as well as a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Dhirubhai Ambani University.
