Ridhi Malhotra has a diverse work experience in analytics and data-driven roles. Ridhi is currently serving as the Global Head of Analytics + Intelligence at Weber Shandwick since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Zenith from 2016 to 2022, where they held various positions, including EVP of Analytics, SVP of Analytics, and VP of Analytics. At Zenith, they led the analytics, data governance, engineering, data science, and applied behavioral science practices and achieved a notable 6x team growth in 5 years.
Before Zenith, Ridhi worked at Gain Theory as an Associate Director in 2016. Ridhi gained experience in developing analytical insights during their tenure at GroupM from 2012 to 2015. Ridhi held the positions of Senior Manager and Manager at GroupM, where they led the development of analytical insights using innovative statistical methods to support optimization strategies for clients. Ridhi also provided accurate forecasts for white papers and client content.
Ridhi started their career at American Express in 2006. Ridhi held various roles, including Manager, Assistant Manager, Business Analyst, and Management Trainee. During their time at American Express, they built and led the Global Internal Analytics team to support external consultation engagements with merchants. Ridhi also worked on retention and marketing analytics, customer management modeling, and designed a segmentation approach using statistical models that is currently utilized company-wide.
Ridhi Malhotra began their education in 2001 at Jesus and Mary College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honors degree in Mathematics. Ridhi completed their undergraduate studies in 2004. Ridhi then joined the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 2004 and pursued a master's degree in Mathematics, which they completed in 2006.
