Teressa Wykpisz-Lee

Teressa Wykpisz-Lee is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communication and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Weber Shandwick since May 2022, Teressa previously held significant positions including Associate Administrator of the Office of Strategic Communication at GSA as a Biden Appointee, and Senior Manager at Accenture Federal Services. Teressa's expertise also includes roles at Exelon and the General Services Administration, where Teressa served as Deputy Associate Administrator for Media Affairs and a Fellow at the President's Management Council. Additional experience includes communications leadership at the U.S. Department of Energy and consulting roles at M Squared Strategies. Teressa holds a Master of Arts in Government Communications from The Johns Hopkins University and a dual degree in Fine Arts and Business from Regis University.
