Victoria McCormick

Victoria McCormick has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Victoria started their career as a Recruiter at Reef Agency in 2013. In 2014, they joined Umbra as a Human Resources Coordinator. After that, they worked at IPG Mediabrands as a Human Resources Generalist from 2015 to 2017, and then as a Sr. Generalist, Talent Management from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined LVMH as an Interim HR Manager until 2019. Currently, they are working at Weber Shandwick, where they started as an HR Manager in 2019 and later became the HR Business Partner & Head of Shared Services in April 2021.

Victoria McCormick completed their Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Cognitive Science at the University of Toronto from 2007 to 2011. In 2012, they earned a Certificate in Publicity and Public Relations from the University of Toronto's School of Continuing Studies. Victoria then pursued a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management at Humber College from 2012 to 2013.
