Before that, Viola worked as a Sustainability Consultant at Scholz & Friends, where they specialized in stakeholder management, sustainability communications, and sustainability reporting. Their responsibilities included leading stakeholder dialogues, developing and implementing communication measures for various initiatives, and managing sustainability reporting projects for clients in different industries.
Viola also has experience in sustainability management, having worked at ImmoScout24. Additionally, they served as a PR Manager at UMIWI GmbH and gained early career experience as a Working Student in Office Management & HR at fischerAppelt.
Viola Raddatz began their education in 2008 at the University of Cologne, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Regional Studies Eastern and Central Europe / Political Science. Viola then attended the European-University Viadrina from 2010 to 2012, earning another Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Cultural Studies. In 2010, they briefly studied at Jagiellonian University, focusing on Political Science. Finally, from 2012 to 2015, Viola Raddatz pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Communication Studies at the European-University Viadrina.
