Emily Hornberger

Emily Hornberger has a diverse work experience ranging from strategic program management to technical recruiting. Emily currently holds the position of Senior Product Operations Manager at Webflow, a role they started in November 2022. Prior to this, Emily worked at Confluent where they held multiple roles including Strategic Program Manager - Office of the CFO, Technical Program Manager - Product, Recruiting Coordinator Manager, Senior Recruiting Coordinator, and Recruiting Coordinator. Emily also served as the Head Freshman Girls Volleyball Coach at Crystal Springs Uplands School from August 2019 to December 2020. Emily's earlier experience includes working as a Technical Recruiter at VoiceBase, Inc., Office & Project Manager at STAR PIERCE DESIGN, and UI/UX Design & Front-End Engineering Technical Recruiter at Workbridge Associates. Emily also has experience as a Key Holder at Earthbound Trading Company, Horse Wrangler at HF Bar Ranch, Research Analyst Intern at Cedar Associates LLC, and Childcare Supervisor at The Dailey Method.

Emily Hornberger completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Business and Ethnic Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder, a four-year program from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including an OKR Coach Certificate from Results Foundry at WorkBoard in August 2022, a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2022, a UX Design certification from Nielsen Norman Group in June 2018, and a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer - Health Fitness Instructor (CPFT-) certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) in April 2021.
