John began their career at Acclaro in 2018 as a Computer System Administrator, where they supported the company's cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructures. John configured leading cloud SaaS platforms like AWS, Google Workspace, and Azure, and was responsible for creating VMs, managing user accounts, administering Active Directory, and establishing file sharing systems.
