Julie Leung

Julie Leung has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Julie currently works as a Senior IT Support Engineer at Webflow since 2022. Previously, they worked at Okta, Inc. as an IT Service Desk Lead from 2018 to 2022, where they led and built successful teams and achieved high SLA and customer satisfaction scores. Before that, they held positions such as Technical Support Specialist at the University of California, Los Angeles in 2017, IT Helpdesk at IAV Automotive Engineering from 2015 to 2017, and Employee at Snaggle Foot from 2014 to 2017. Julie also has experience as a Customer Service Representative at the University of Michigan in 2014 and as a Customer Support Representative at Nexon from 2012 to 2013. Julie started their career as an Account Manager and Community Coordinator at AdColony Inc. in 2010 and as a Team Member at Nom Nom Truck in 2010. Julie's earliest role was as a Production and Sound Manager at the Center for Research in Engineering, Media, and Performance from 2009 to 2010.

Julie Leung completed their Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles from 2006 to 2010. In January 2019, they became a Jamf Certified Technician from Jamf, and in February 2017, they achieved the Microsoft Technology Associate certification in both Windows Operating System Fundamentals and Windows Server Administration Fundamentals from Microsoft. Julie also holds the CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA, obtained in June 2020, and became a Jamf Certified Admin in December 2020.
