Thomas C began their work experience as an IT Technician at VSA Resorts in 2010, where they provided company-wide tech support and administered various infrastructure systems. Thomas then worked at Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group, starting as a Help Desk Technician in 2013 and eventually becoming the Help Desk Manager. In this role, they assumed managerial control of the help desk team and added responsibilities such as conducting interviews and performance reviews. Thomas also filled the role of VoIP system administrator.
In 2015, Thomas joined Latham & Watkins as a Technology Support Analyst for a brief period before transitioning to CrowdStrike in 2016. At CrowdStrike, they served as a Senior IT Help Desk Administrator until 2019. Thomas then joined Okta as an IT Service Desk Lead, later becoming the IT Service Desk Manager and Manager of BT Support Operations. Thomas held these roles until 2022.
Most recently, in 2022, Thomas began working at Webflow as a Senior Manager of IT Experience.
Thomas C. received an Associate's Degree in Information Systems Technology from Tidewater Community College in 2014. In addition to their degree, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert in April 2020 and the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in May 2006.
